The cooperation amongst the Southwest Governors is highly commendable except for Fayose the prodigal son.
I wish my Southwest Governors will collaborate and do something useful.

Once i see 'lagos' - obviously nothing will stop the project - lagos is the only state that make promises and fufil it.

Among all SW states only Ondo and Ekiti do not have access to rail service. They should just leverage on existing rail infrastructure and start something.
Oko idogo rail line should be resuscitated.

The easterners and Niger delta would begin to hate instead of them to hold their leaders who were allocated billions of Naira accountable.

don't be too elated, easier said than done, sounds good but this is Nigeria, where paper talks is easier than performance.Lets give it at least 1 year and come back and tell me where the project stands.

This is a good step in the right direction. My governor Rochas should spearhead this in the SE. Kudos APC.

Wahoo.... this is laudable project if implemented however Nigeria has never lack making good policy but implementation has been her problem.. as regard the governor of my great state Fayose, who has failed to expose the good of ekiti to the world so as to attract investors rather than abusing the president and looking for who to yab and mock..... he should stop playing the local politics and make ekiti great. he should take clue from bola tinubu when obj failed to release state allocations yet BT went ahead to generate more income for d state. he should work in hand with other neighboring States by tapping into there opportunities just like Ogun is tapping from Lagos... Ekiti shares boarders with many States... oga. fayose pls get to work and make ekiti great

The rail project is 60 percent complete as work is still ongoing.
