Please i want to unfold my House Project which i started November 2015.

I will start with pictures of when the land was bought. 100ft X 50FT.

I will unveil all costs.

It's just the fencing done alone. Where is the main structure? And how much did you spend if you have built the 6 bedroom structure?

I Have difficulties with the parking in this Land. Though the house project is 6 flats of two bedroom X 4, one bedroom X

I will upload enough pixtures before i will highligh how i have spent alot of naira so far and have barely achieved anything.
I will also upload tabulated cost they gave me just before 1st decking.

This picture was where i met the project when i visited Nigeria to identify a problem with the parking. Though the extreme end of the parking measures about 10ft, the entrance to the parking from the Gate is measuring about 7.5ft which made me sad. Though every measures is being considered to mitigate this. The pictures also shows the DPC build. I still cannot understand how much money was spent up until this stage.

Now i will like to do Parapet and Roofing. My Contractor is advising towards Full cast Parapet but i'm not sure of the whaat the cost will be.

Hi Bixton, As of the stage, it has gulped alot. is it justified for a 6 flats.
