I need an adjusable frequency inverter oscillator. One that can provide upto 50Mhz at whatever input voltage from the Battery.
Can you make it for me?

Are you interested in learning electronics design? This thread is an avenue for students, hobbyists, do it yourself,electronics technician to learn the rudiments of how electronics circicuits are design. The basic software tools needed in this thread are easily available on the internet for free. The thread will be made as much interactive as possible and you are free to make your contributions, comments and you can even ask question if there are any. The thread will be made to be continuous in as much as there are contributions and flow of information. Circuit ideas can also be shared if you have any. Nothing will be hidden and every detail process involve in the design process will be shown through the use of multimedia such as picture, charts and video if there are any. Circuit diagram, pcb lay out diagram, 3D visualization and prototype picture will be displayed using jpeg picture format.
The software that are used in most of these design are classified as followssad 1)The schematic capture software for designing the circuit diagram
(2)The circuit simulation software for simulating the circuit, to see how the circuit behave in real life situation
(3)The pcb design software for designing the electronics components layout and path for current flow. This is achieved either through autorouting or manual routing
(4) The programming software for writing code for embedded system if you are using microcontroller or eeprom in your circuit
The hardware that are needed are(1) analogue or digital multimeter(2)oscilloscope if you have access to any(3)soldering iron/ rework station(4)12v, 6v battery or desktop power supply.
Project topic will be for a month, and within this period you are to make your contributions, ask questions ,build your own version of the hardware. You can only learn through building. Engineering is all about building things.wherever possible it is much better to learn by doing things yourself than by reading about them.
You will find in this thread a lot of suggestions, ideas you can do yourself. I hope you will all manage to do these things as you go along. So let get started as we delve into world of electronics together.

Adjustable frequency inverter oscillator ! What's the use of that? At 50mhz is now radio frequency oscillator. Are you in need of radio transmitter?

who knows where i can learn all forms of led signage, scrolling message display ,editable via gsm,bluetooth,if remote etc and non-editable scrolling led displays in Lagos.?
i really wanted to learn from savotech,its just i cant go to ibadan.

You see, I wanna build an High Voltage (1kv and above) High Frequency Lenzless Generator. But I want to make it power supply all in one. So instead of using Capacitor and Diode voltage Multiplier circuit and MY Self-made timing Copper Commutator, I taught of using an High Voltage High frequency Inverter. You know inverter do have Diver Unit that do houses the Integrated Circuit amongst other things. So I just need to use a Pure Sine Wave Generator IC but I want one that can generate upto 1Gh or even more. But I will just use Variable Resistor to control the Frequency from the IC. As for the High Voltage, I will have to wind a new transformer to convert 12 or 24 to upward of 1kv(1000vac) which I can rectified half way for other purposes.

1Gh is not easy to generate oga. I stand to be corrected, no microcontroller can achieve that, even raspberry pi that is very close to a full computer system is 700mhz. Except fpga sha...

Apart from the oscillator, the transistor or mosfet that will drive the transformer can it really work that high frequency?

I am not saying it isn't possible but its not gonna be easy.

DC - AC Inverter has operating limit.
The highest frequency inverter I have seen is about 40 to 50KHz, and the final output was later stepped down to 50 - 60 Hz using pwm. The product has a lot of high frequency components such as transistors, diodes, ICs, etc which were very difficult to find in the market.

You may have the design concept, but with which material?
What type of transformer will run at 1GHz?

Hello gurus in the house. Please I am in a real fix.. I have to submit a project on Monday, but I am having issues with it.

Basically, I am required to carry out a PROTEUS simulation involving multiplexing using Pic 16f877, whereby (1) A keypad and a LCD display will be connected on the same port, say PORT D, though the EN and RS will be on PORT A

(2) A keypad and a Seven Segment Display, still using the same PORT D..

Can anyone please help with the basics of this multiplexing.. I can do the simulation using separate PORTS, but not the multiplexing .

Thanks bro.. But seems you don't understand me. I can do multiplexing of a Seven Segment Display.
What I am required to do is to use say both LCD and Keypad on the same port, instead of different ports.
