The top part of my brain tells me EFCC tortured this man to death and they are hiding it. The EFCC and the police are in collabo to hide things. How shameful it is for the EFCC and IG say he died a natural death. Are they medical doctors?

It breaks my heart reading this kind of news.U know, I used to wonder the kind of country we live in, everything is out of order, nothing works. When those who re supposed to protect lives end up taking lives, n still cook up "stories" to cover up their evil deeds is worrisome, n we they say we ve a man of "intergrity" in Aso Rock. God help us. My Igbo brother is gone.

Honestly the kind of culture these government officials practice through the length and breadth of this country is just sickening. The nephew of the deceased, Amaechi Ihezie, told PUNCH Metro that when he visited the EFCC, investigators told him that Desmond slumped and died.

He said the anti-graft agency denied Desmond bail even after it had been discovered that he did not receive any money from the transaction.

Ihezie accused the EFCC of being overzealous as the commission did not inform the Ministry of Defence of Desmond’s arrest or investigation even though he had been working at the ministry for over 10 years.

This is wrong and this needs to stop. If there is little to know evidence of guilt, why keep him locked.

May God give his family the strength to bear this painful loss.

The EFCC and police said "he died of natural causes"
which means the EFCC chair and IG of pilice did the autopsy together in their rooms!!
