Simple. I made a strong vow to God. I just took out a piece of paper and wrote: I hereby vow to quit pornography for life. May God punish me instantly any day I consciously watch porn videos.

It's that simple. I DECIDED TO QUIT. If you still do porn, I pray u also DECIDE to quit. There's nothing good about porn.

Like I said it worked for me, it might work for him today if I watch porn I feel so bored I start feeling sleepy because my subconscious mind knows I won't masturbate so why waste time watching people have sex He will only end up downloading them and deleting after masturbating over and over again. Porn addiction is like every other addiction and should be stopped gradually to have a success rate.
