You are constructing road for workers that your starving intentionally you still yet to pay some of them this year salary and you keep constructing yeye road that will spoil before you finish your tenure(iseyin road is an example).

Government is continuous, if so, then PDP also tried. If Buhari have to start all these roads from the scratch then he will not be able to achieve anything in his first term. Equally, GEJ reserved the remaining part of these project for his 2nd term which were not meant to be.

Which road did gej start from scratch... Haven't u heard most of the contractors were out of site because they were owed for 2yrs by ur gej administration with the huge revenue they enjoyed. Abeg gej govt is lazy. All they know how to do is to milk the treasury.. .

I may not be a fan of buhari but I give him kudos for bringing back the anambra-enugu highway project that was initially removed and padded by senators and reps that hail from that region. For me, their move was tantamount to wilful destruction of one's home for selfish reasons (just for a constituency project that would never have seen the light of the day). Please do remember when Chuba okadigbo, Chief wabara,Anyim Pius Anyim, Ken Nnamani, were senate leaders in turn? That project was awarded in their tenures but was diverted into constituency project and the people of that region was comfortable with that? It's saddening! GEJ had a good heart but he wasn't smart enough to look beyond his nose. Did you know he also reawarded that project in 2011? Nothing was done about it. I was glad to read in the news recently that fashola had mobilised contractors to commence the project and it's already ongoing. I travel on that road and I know what I'm saying. It's there for all to see.

Bros, Apete Bridge has been 70% completed for a very long time now..its 100% motorable and otherwise..What is left to be done is the tarring...And besides, the road is a federal Road nd as such at the purview of the govt at the top, no shi-shi gets to the governor, i agree this unnecessary funfare is not needed though...But i support anything and everything that would lead to the development of our region..
