I have a very shy male dog doberman. It gets shy when it sees people. Sometimes, it gets scared when my visitors are around and runs to safety. What should I do? Advise Pls.

Walk around your yard with it for 5 minis then take a very long stroll on the street. It will get more scared but make sure u have a treat such as carrot or diced meat so as to use to encourage it when it feels scared on the street. If done regularly it will be used to seeing pple faces but don't let it b often so ur dog wont b playful around pple.

Looks like a gsd/rottie mix, That dog has got some really impressive chest.. Op how long have you had this dog? You need to socialize it..
Try walking your dog on daily basis
