25 years after her creation as a Federating Unit in the Nigeria Federation, Abia State has joined other Federating Units like Lagos, Bayelsa, Enugu, Osun, Cross River States, etc to unveil and establish its own identity. Over the week, the State's flag, seal and logo was unveiled by the state Governor Okezie Ikpeazu to Abians. See more below:

Nice concept but why the Eagle dey look down and the Elephant dey like eeh dey fear (abi dem they pursue am?) and i hope no be bible the elephant wan match so?
Nice one though but the design is too plenty, the Eagle should have looked up to God, the Elephant should have appeared bold as in Enyimba itself and that book its about to step on better not be the Bible or else they should better reverse the position.

The black image in the orange background represents oil, a resource abundant in Abia state

Hand shake in Green background - Partnership, brotherhood.

The guy with the hammer and anvil - Hard work= Aba
