Bro, the Biafrians do not have the time to manufacture most of their weapons in large quantity. Don't forget that with limited resources, they had to priorities their production.... which is build weapons that can stand the Nigerians heavy amours and jet fighters. The Ogbunigwe was for example converted from SAM - Surface to Air Missile - to more formidable grenade launcher against advancing units.....
The Biafrans did fine with the meager resources at their disposal.
