I doubt if you visited that page properly because if you've done so, you would've seen a chat extension at the bottom of the page when the page is fully loaded.

Welcome back. We were supposed to learn
1. Download a copy of Joomla from http://Joomla.org and install it on an online hosting server (online website) but on a second thought, lets learn how to use Joomla offline (localhost). This will save cost on the part of a new user and also someone who has no regular access to internet service. Though you'll need the internet to download some applications and files that we'll be using in this class.

Quickly, download....
1. Joomla from http://Joomla.org/downloads.html
2. AMPPS from http://ampps.com/downloads.

Joomla is the CMS while AMPPS contains Apache, MySQL, MongoDB, PHP, Perl and Python.

I created anoda username n pword but same error message, am using joomla 2.0 tho (hav it in my sys 4 some yes now) cldnt download d ampps file in d link u gave, so decided to use d 2.0 to practice 4 now.
Cld a virus cause it not to connect (theres 1 in my sys) am using windo7, tanx
