U.K is an extremely isolating society and i know Nigerians who are just very expressive and happy to see other Nigerians.

Dude, I don't get your argument. Here's a medical practitioner with a duty of care and ethics. The law explicitly states what constitutes extreme pornography and possession of such is an offence under UK law which he cannot claim ignorance. Ignorance of the law is no excuse. A mistake or erring is different. He also had child pornography on his phone. Your mobile phone is your personal possession it is your responsibilty, if your phone was hacked then you may have a defence. Nigerians and their holier than though attitude, stop forwarding extreme pornography and you saying it the norm and so it is right is absolutely wrong and not helpful. !! Did you not read the part about a 2 YEAR OLD CHILD being on his phone as well? Child pornography is a very serious crime. Such things are not tolerated in the West. We all have phones and most of us do WhatsApp, sometimes we are sent pictures and videos we do not even care to watch due to time or other constraints and this was the case here. These videos were sent to his fone and he probably watched it or not I don't know, but he forgot to delete them. People forget to do things and he is a Doctor lots on his mind, more important things to take care of. If the judges are so holy, let them all reveal the contents of their own phone and we will all be amazed of the gross things we'll see in there.
