I don't doubt his death and resurrection. I only doubt the reason for his death and resurrection. A carpenter's son who was slaughtered in faraway Israel for claiming to be God didn't die for me. His stupidity killed him. How e use concern me na wetin I no understand.

Oh yeah, I remember ,my ancestors were enslaved by his followers. Now we have no memory of a time when our God had no Hebrew name, neither did our God keep an everlasting fire to burn all disbelievers.

If you don't doubt his resurrection then you believe e was who he claimed to be. Only God can open his eyes from death.

It concerns you because as God his death was your ticket for salvation. You stand condemned, but accept his grace and sacrifice for yourself, and you will also open your eyes from death to the reality of eternal life.

I am the resurrection and the life, he that believes on me will not die, but has passed from death to life.
