Hilarious, Terrorism has even augmented and diversified into rampaging herdsmen menace. You find herdsmen establishing settlements in communities and launch an assailant attack on the community when they are vulnerable.

The issue of boko haram not establishing caliphates is inconsequential because as long as they still inflict terror in northern states, then Buhari has achieved nothing.
