I have this infinix hot note2,just bought it a week ago and anytime I am playing a heavy game and I multitask to check my whatsapp messages, when I come back to the game it starts afresh.. .

Also other apps the same thing...
When I used techno s9 ,I would play a game (gta San Andreas) multitask and after thirty minutes come back to the game and meet it the way I left it. ..

Please who else is experiencing this coz it's so frustrating. ..

But I noticed the same Ian on my infinix hot note

I also experience this sometimes and when i pause the game and the phone sleep if i unlock the game will restart.

I never heard of this problem. my wife has hot note, and I use note 2. I know a number if people at work using infinix, non ever complained of multitasking troubles.

You see, most Android phones are not capable of multitasking in the real sense. In terms of hardware, Flagship Samsung and LG devices are the only major Android device that has been able to multitask (in form of split-screen): In terms of software, multitasking just came to Android devices recently (Android Nougat).

No, this is.lollipop. It doesnt multi task well on 1gb ram. What do you think of texno c8 then?

You can multitask, all apps are set to automatically optimized, that means it will shut down when operating another app this way it optimize ur ram ussage, you can stop this by goin to your settings and untick the optimization option for the app u dont want to be restarting anytime u go back to it. Mak sure dey are ur frequently used app. I did it on mine it works, apart from some heavy apps dat will need more ram strenght to srt.

whatever the case, infinix phones has excellent multitasking. check your phone, you may be using a 512MB RAM phone. you should upgrade to 2G RAM and higher.

my hot note is doing same since carlcare upgraded it 4 me o. When i didnt ask them.

upgraded to 6.0, and from XUI to XOS. I see no downside, all i experience is smooth operation.
