Please I need clarity on Shipped from overseas Phones and Phones in our Local Shops.

I have been trying to ask about this for some time now, I have made some calls on that too, and yet to be clarified.

[b]I needed to change my phone, and I have got 55,000 naira to spare for now, visited some phone shops in ikeja (Slot, Pointek and others), I also visited Xright in berger, I got same price range for Gionee X1s, 55,000 naira, but in Jumia Shipped from Overseas same kind of phone is giving it out for 39,995 naira, this difference is extremely ridiculous and I will appreciate if anyone would enlighten me and others who don't know the difference between both.[/b]facing the same thing here..wannä get a gionee frm jumia bt the overseas version price is ridiculous

same thing happened to me a week ago l wanted to buy Gionee A1lite when l got there it was 75k against 41k on Jumia . lucky enough l later got An Le sx526 at a far cheaper rate am enjoying it dou it's not a popular phone it got 3gb ram 32gb rom 16mega pixel

Slot and 3chub have to pay import tax, workers, facility etc while the shipped from abroad products are in the warehouse of the OEM/seller thereby boycotting import tax and the likes.

Nokia 7 plus sells for around 135k in slot but I got it for #102k on Amazon. Price difference is really crazy.
