You can't unblock the account. The amount is blocked for a year with partial installments of 720 Euros.

You can only unblock with permission from the alien office and that is usually when your Visa has not been granted or you do not want to go to Germany anymore

Go to the Consulate Website,and book an appointment for CERTIFICATION of DOCUMENTS under Legal and Consular Affairs. Book a date from those available, and try to be there on that date before 9am with a printout of the mail you'll get and all originals of your documents along with your International passport and photocopies of the documents arranged in the same order as the original. You can only certify 5 sets of documents on each booking.

No. And I bought health insurance online, literally a few hours before the interview, gave it back to me. At the end I had to ask the lady why she didn't take most of the stuff, so much effort and time put into gathering all these documents and they just took the bare minimum from me. Idk, maybe cause it's Abuja and they usually don't handle student visa.

but i have a problem
I don't have a place to stay, i already apply for student hostel but i am still on the waiting list, they said i will get it maybe around November or December.

I am just looking for a place i will stay till then, if anybody is living in Berlin
please just tell me if i can stay with you till then and pay.

I booked for visa appointment using student@lago.diplo.de, and sent scanned copies of my Admission Letter, DB Account opening slip and data page of my passport. these three documents. please peeps that have recently done interview and also got interview dates, pls ur help is needed.
