Ensure your network setting is on EDGE ie 2G network. It doesn't work on H+ ie 3G. You are welcome...

It doesn't work on Twitter sir. Just Facebook, WhatsApp and opera mini. You people should stop misleading others.

That data subscription does not support a 3G connection.

You have to switch your connection to 2G or EDGE to be able to use it.
