well dt is wat d socitey turns to. Dont blame him much. Next time dont go for dt course, even not all d lecturers can fully answer d question, dt is y u see dem too in lecturing job. Dis is my answer, cos am a sociologist too. In my opinion u are a sociologist dt study society in ur discipline. U shuld know aw to study society both of d past and present, d changes, and d trend. U shuld know aw human being relate both individually and in groups. If u no all dis and understand it very well. U will no wat d society lack, den u can provide it for human being to survive, and u get monetory return, consequently u become an enterpreneure. But if u want to folow d footpath of others and remain d same, u may start pursuing career in HR, lecturing, force, and teaching. Good day

@Op am also a product of Sociology,if truly u got dat grade whic is not easy to comeby,speaking from experienced,then am afraid to say u are a disgraced to that field of study.
Let me stat with,the society is d laboratory of all sociologist,in as much human beigns exist in dat social milieu you can fit in verywell.Human resources dept,Force,para military,lecturing and so on.You can even decide to be a social researcher were smal nd large organizations can need your service in renderin some social research in some social phenomenal that wil fetch you extrinsic gain.
Be proud of ur field,no field irrelevant in our society d problem is application of our knowledge into reality,don't b an armchair sociologist,spread ur tantacles

Always focus on HR job.
