1. NIGERIAN CONTENT CO-COORDINATOR – REF.NO. EOC 1208/01

Job specification

·- Identify, evaluate, analysis and recommend appropriate regulatory and policy frameworks that will enhance the organizations operations
- Steward compliance with government regulations on Nigerian content development
- Build and maintain good relationship with key market regulators and policy makers
- Provide up to date information on key market issues affecting the Nigerian oil and gas industry.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide relevant input on Nigerians content compliance reporting
- Create update and maintain all necessary documentation in close coordination with other relevant departments
- Ensure compliance with the NNPC Directives and Nigerian Laws on NC development
- Represent the company at appropriate for a with Government/Other organization on NC

Man specification

· Minimum of good first degree in Business administration or engineering

· Minimum of five (5) years working experience in Public Affairs management

· Familiarity with government directives/regulations on NC Development would be added advantage.

PROJECT CONTROLLER REF:NO.EOC 1208/02

Job specification

· Forecast and evaluates potential problem areas in a project and proffer solutions

· Review and Analyses situations to determine impacts on the project and its completion dates(s)

· Progress and consumable monitoring and tracking

· Monitoring of project activities to ensure that the milestone activities are finished for invoicing

· Assists project accountant as regards cash flow forecast, accounts receivable and weekly/monthly cost report

Man specification

· Minimum of good first degree or equivalent in any engineering or science areas from a recognized institution

· Minimum of three (3) years experience in the construction industry )oil & Gas) with particular exposures in project controls including estimates, schedules, earned values., progress, reports and making invoices

· Proficiency in the use if Ms project, P3 and Ms Office.

3. PLANNER & SCHEDULER – REF. NO. EOC 1208/03

Job specification

· Management & updating of schedules for offshore projects

· Preparation of work breakdown structures & S-curves and other progress measurement parameters

· Planning & allocation of manpower/man-hours for all projects.

· Monitoring & tracking of actual man hours utilized for all ongoing and completed projects progress tracking of all on going projects

· Preparation & review of weekly and monthly reports for all on-going projects

· Resources/manpower loading and Histogram

Man specification

· Minimum of good first degree or equivalent in any engineering or science areas from a recognized institution

· Minimum of three (3) years experience in the construction industry (oil & Gas) with planning scheduling

Dept

· Proficiency in the use of Ms project, P3 and competence in Microsoft, Primavera (P3), Excel and Power Point.

4. PROJECT ENGINEER- FABRICATION – REF.NO. EOC 1208/04

Qualifications:

Bsc. In mechanical engineering or structural engineering

Experience:

· Minimum of 5 years (post qualification) with contracting company (not client) involved in fabrication for oilfield construction projects. Candidate must have knowledge of fabrication of offshore structures and international codes and specifications. Ideally should also have a working knowledge of major oil company specifications (Exxon Mobil, Total and shell) must be able to demonstrate a complete understanding of the importance of HSE in the day to day activities of a busy fabrication facility.

Candidate should be energetic, enthusiastic and a team player.

Project engineer will be working within operations department of onshore based oilfield fabrication company reporting to the senior construction manager and will perform but not be limited to the following functions

1. Review of engineering activities for the assigned project to ensure the delivery of safe, high quality and “fit-for-purpose” product within budgetary and schedule constraints.

2. Coordinate with PMT to ensure that fabrication departments is kept up to date with changes to scope of work, project schedule, manpower requirement.

3. Set up and maintain project documentation system

4. Issuance of project documentation to fabrication head within operations department

5. Tracking and reporting manpower and equipment usage

6. Tracking and reporting manpower and equipment look ahead requirements

7. Prepare and maintain daily manpower allocation report

8. Preparation of operations department weekly report

9. Preparation of technical queries and evaluation of responses thereto

10. Prepare and maintain TQ register

11. Perform regular and routine documentation audits in field locations/offices to ensure that documents in the field are up to date.

5. PROJECT COST CONTROLLER – REF.NO. EOC 1208/05

Position description

· Management, monitoring, tracking & updating of financial budgets for the USAN FPSO project.

· Budget and forecast preparation, monitoring and reporting to the project manager and project director

I am Chartered Engineer (Mechanical Engineer - AMIE) with Professional
Qualification on AWS, CSWIP, NACE, ASNT, Lead Auditor and 22 years experience in
QA/QC in different Construction and Fabrication Industries in which more than 6
years in Senior position in Gulf including Africa.
Presently I am working in Saipem Contracting Nigeria Limited - Offshore
Fabrication on Oil and Gas Field, Fabricating Offshore Structures and piping
like Modules, bridges, Jacket, Piles, Flets etc. I have also worked in Lamprell
Energy limited in Sharjah as Senior QA/QC Engineer for Rig Refurbishment which
is similar to your required Job profile. I am familiar with ASME, AWS, ANSI,
ASTM, API, ISO9000, Auditing ant QA/QC activities. Also familiar to Ship
building codes like ABS, GL, DNV etc.
