Chapter 4 of the Nigerian contitution allows us all freedom of "speech and expression". Schedule 38 of that same Chapter allows everyone "freedom of thought and conscience". The law allows anyone not only to freely talk about Biafra, but also to believe in it. So anytime you actually advocate that pro Biafrans should be banned or arrested, not only are you breaking the law, you are also contravening the constitution which leaves you liable to be sued for denying a person certain rights the constitution allows him or her to enjoy.

If you don't know what treason is, go and find a dictionary.
