i tried to upload a card (tho card name not in the name of my skrill account) and it said card verification failed.
1. Pls am i missing somtin or must the card i upload be in the name of my skrill acct

It has to be the same name otherwise, your account will be block & you may want to know that Skrill & Neteller are own by Paysafe Group

i contacted Skrill dot com and i was told i had a restriction on my card (fidelity bank) by my card issuer.
Then i called Fidelity bank and i was told there is a restriction by CBN for card usage on international sites (how true is this info)..
i tried with my GTbank card its same 'transaction failed'
So Pls what bank cards do you guys use..

I post similar comment on 21st that no Nigeria Bank is able to deposit to Neteller as a result of CBN restriction & the only alternative available for you is to buy from reputable exchangers.

I am not in Nigeria at the moment & the method i normally use is Paysafe Card

You may want to know that Paysafe Card is just like MTN recharge card with 16 numbers which is available in all supermarket in Europe

Another alternative available to you is to fund it with dollar visa card if you have dormiciliary account

I have this question for you - "have you ever used any of your debit cards for international transactions before?" If yes, contact your bank for further advice
