Hearing this gibberish from the president one more time only make me want to place the president in the shoes of when Obj took over the affairs of the country in 1999 after the bastardization of the economy by the military the previous years, one could clearly see that Nigeria would have gone into recession under his rule. I say this because he would have been busy blaming Abdusalami, Abacha, IBB, himself and God knows who else? Obj took over, never mentioned anybody as the cause of Nigeria's then predicament and achieved some lofty height in telecommunication and some other sector.
