That story was when I was in 200level and still a christian. Azo and I stayed in the same hostel (Abiola hostel) in FUTA. I became an atheist when after my IT 400level.

I MEET AN ATHIEST
In my second year, I stayed in Abiola Hostel,
Abiola Hostel used to be the hostel of the big
boys because only a wall seperated it from
Jibowu hostel (a female hostel). Unlike
Akindeko the rough and muslim ridden hostel.
At Abiola Hotel I met a guy, AZO (real
nickname) he stayed in Block B while I was in
Block C.
Azo was in 300L while I was in 200L. This guy
did not believe GOD exists!
WHAT!
That was the first time I was meeting an atheist!
I was shocked!
That was the worse thing possible to me. How
will a mere human not believe God Almighty
exists?
I decided to have a chat with him. One thing I
was good at was converting people, so I was
sure the Holy Spirit was going to arrest Azo once
I met him. To my surprise, Azo was the most
honest plain guy I ever met. He listened to all I
had to say. He said amen to my prayers. He was
honest about finding God if indeed God exists.
And I assured him that God exists but the devil
has hardened his heart and blinded him from
the truth.
I was convinced that God wanted to save Azo. I
prayed for deliverance for the guy and I saw a
lot of willingness from him .

he was convince God want to save Azo from atheism, while he is a secret atheist.

Do u know how long I have been an atheist and moreover I see no contradiction in what he said. U are not just following it logically rather u are following it emotionally. Deep down u know ur God is fake u just want to talk about him to make him sound relevant.

Not everyone who is a Christian or pastor or anything has a conversion story - in fact most don't..

So you still has not shown how he is a liar or how his story is invalidated because of lack of conversion story - this is not Saul to Paul's tale.

Excuse me sir. Anyone who does not have a testimony of conversion is just a church goer, not a Christian. Its like being in a garage hoping you'd become a car.
There's no Christian without a story of redemption. What happened for you to abandon your former ways for this one?

It will be laughable for you to tell me that a man will become born again, (Do you even understand what it means to become born again), and rise to become a Pastor without a remarkable encounter with Christ. How was he getting his messages for his flocks?

What is the bases of his faith? There's what the Bible calls CONVICTION, On what bases was he standing on to profess his faith?

Was his teaching sense based or Holy Spirit inspired?

Blind Bateamus said, "I dont know who you said Jesus is, but there's one thing i know, that once i was blind, but now i can see". That was his testimony of conversion.

My own was that, as an unbeliver, i was to undergo an Appendicitis surgery, but my beliving mum and her prayer group first prayed for, not to die before getting to the hispital for i was critical, but i fell into a peaceful sleep and dreamed i had that surgery, that was it till today. That marked by becoming a believer.

One can lie about other things, but if he lies about the things of the spirit, he will be caught. Thats because the Holy Spirit will reveal him.

Conversion experience or conviction are strange words to them expecially to hardmirror being the liar he is so they wouldn't understand why it is relevant or necessary for a genuine child of God who claimed to have worked in Gods vineyard to have had one.

He knows we know he is a liar .

When I saw peoples comments and how bold the atheists were, I threw my garment of pretense away and boldly told my family and friends I was no longer a christian.

Darkmatter2525 really helped me to be outspoken as an atheist. Before then I was just a pretender.

We had a prophetess whose predictions were accurate and her prayers brought exact answers. She rolled in tongues as she reeled out solutions to the problems she prayed for.

She was convincingly holy.

But she was used by water spirits.

Now, this pulls the rock from under your testimony; it's an indicator that you were never saved.

You were used by an angel of light;
You also were his minister of righteousness.

I guess you know my life story more than me. How does this thread contradict anything I have ever claimed? In my "from pastor to atheist" did I not reveal that I was scared of telling people I was no longer a christian and even kept praying and ministering to people while I was secretly an atheist?
