Is there a yardstick? Of course there really isn't! I'm a lawyer and like most other lawyers, laugh when people talk about court anyhow. So the presidency should charge media houses to court for whatever they feel is an infraction? The president in power suing media? Whatever judgement the court dispenses is going to be seen as mere planned work.. Politics is not a game of rights but that if skill..
