1. When I'm angry, I lash out and let the offender know his or her offence so it won't repeat itself. What you won't accept tomorrow, don't accept it today.

3. I don't do silent treatment. I let him know his wrong.

4. I cannot dump him because he called me ugly. Either he is angry at me or something is up. I would rather resolve the issue at hand and be happy with him again then if it cannot be resolved then I move on. Thus worked for me. I'm married now. I remember my husband called me ugly 3 times when he was my bf.if I dumped him he won't be my hubby now

5. I give unlimited chances to a person I love and care about. A random person doesn't even get a second chance.

6. My head is not smarter than me because I own my head. I do the thinking. I control the head.

1.When you angry don't lash out, dont reply, don't do anything.

2. When drunk, do not get into a heaped emotional mess

3. When severly pissed off about someone of the opposite sex, take a deep breath, let it go and give the prick the silent treatment.

4. NEVER let a guy treat you badly under any circumstances, If he cheats on you.. you dump his ass If he calls you ugly dump his ass!

5. Remember people are human and do make mistakes, give them a second chance do not give them a 3rd, 4th or 5th.

6. Listen to both your head and your heart your head is smarter than you give it credit for and your heart is easily hurt.

7. Write lists until you feel slightly less angry

8. Because it actually helps a lot.

9. Read/watch movies like always where ever your mood is at.

10. You can do anything you set your mind to,The only thing standing in the way is yourself..Don't let yourself be the reason for not achieving your dreams.

11. Roads actually aren't that scary, take a deep breath we can do it.

When you do all this things life would'nt be pressed at you... Oh number 12 which i am about doing now! - switch your phone on airoplane mode when you just need a little bit of space from the world!!
