How do you feel stealing someone's car or getting it by fraudulent means and then after being born again continues using same vehicle and say grace covers it? How will the man you stole the vehicle from feel when he locates you with his property, will that be the appropriate time to confess being born again? Millions will condemn his action but i hail him cos he is focused to make heaven. Remember the rich man that Jesus asked him to distribute all his goods to the poor to follow him, he found it as a hard directive, even many disciplines left following Jesus when he gave them a hard doctrinal teaching. Many will find matters of Restitution difficult and that definitely will be a clog to heaven for some believers. It is easier to commit sin but difficult to restitute. God will help us.

In saner time the school wouldn't have accept the withdrawal because the evidence be4 them state otherwise. They should have counsel him and give him a year off to think about it. Why restitution is good, it becomes conflicting if it adversely affect others apart from him. The WAEC that he says he cheated was it in coniver with the school as in mass cheating or individual cheating, cuz If the authority pick up d case and he say it was mass cheating, automatically every candidates in that centre will have their result cancel, resulting in mass restitution. lol

Point of correction the rich Man in the bible did not git his wealth from fraudulent means, remember he kept all the commandment of the bible from his youth age. The reason Jesus told him to share his wealth is because he is attached to the wealth........

The guy must be crazy. This is just eye service to the peak. If he is realy truthful about his repentance let him correct all d sins he has committed in d past. Return all d meats he has stolen from soup pot. Go round and tell d truth to the lies he has told in d past.

Many christians don't understand this restitution of a thing. The only man that did restitution in the new testament was Zacheus and Jesus christ didn't force him to do so. He did it willingly because he was so happy the day Jesus came to his house dine with him.

Why was he over joyous because he had longed to see Jesus. a short man who had tried to meet Jesus one on one many times but could not. And the moment he tried to do something surprising Jesus saw him and told him he would come and dine in his house.

Now my question gies thus. An armed robber that has stolen cars and defrauded people of their valuables and later repented, how do you want him to return all those cars he stole at gun point after becoming a born again. May cars and other valuables have been stolen by armed robbers on the highways so how do you want them to return all these things to the people they dont even know?

Many people were big liars before they gave their lives to Jesus so how do you want them to remember the people they lied to and go back to them to make restitution thaf they lied to them sometime ago.


Thank God for this contribution. However, I want you to know that Zaxhaeus never did any restitution. He only voiced out a willingness to do so incase someone accuse him of wrong doings in his past dealings.

But we all know that the proper thing to do in that case was to pay the monies back into the treasury. Jesus never preached restitution but repentance.

There is no grace in what that student did. And come to think of it, that is not the only sin committed.
