2gb ram, 32gb rom. Windows 8.1, upgradable to Windows 10.
4g LTE.

This is the only camera phone that can compete with a DSLR.

I will recommend LG v10, would have recommend the newer LG v20 but the price go add another pocket join your pocket.
Although you will have to put in mind that the battery is not up their with the best. Also the price still fit get comma coz of dollar rate ish!
If the pictures you take are mostly day time pic, you can check out Xiaomi Mi5.
As some people have earlier suggested you can also check out last year's Sony Xperia Z5 range.

You can get camon c9 for a fraction of that amount. if you want top notch performance along with an awesome camera and premium design, phantom 6 is your best bet. its got 21mp rear camera.

Get an LG g2. It's 13 mp beats even the Tecno 's and infinix 20mp phones. U said ' below' 100k',if not that, I would have recommended xiaomi mi5 (excellent for day time pics), but it's a little above 100k.
For those suggesting xperia devices, I've not used z5 and x, but the ones I tried (z2 and 3), left me disappointed. The 20+mp were just numbers.

All theses Tecno and infinix fan boys, d @op needs an excellent camera. This ain't a thread 4 u. No offense.

Nevertheless, u missed an opportunity. Someone advertised s6 active in the technology market forum. He just sold it for 67k.
The perfect outdoor phone.
