PMB must have plagiarized his infamous "President Angela Markel of West Germany" statement.He signed & presented a budget he never proof read only to shift blames when the chips are down.Now again he never took time to read a an awareness campaign speech before presentation but now wants to look for who to punished when his gross ineptitude have been internationally exposed? Guess his so called school certificate must be a plagiarized type.Great leaders take responsibility but Buhari is far from it.#CHANGEBEGINSWITHLIES.

Story must have been too juicy it got posted twice.
I don't see what's special about the 2008 presidential speech which is making everyone plagiarize it. The worst part is everybody is too lazy to paraphrase it(the more sensible option) rather they use it word for word. Anyway, it's not the speakers I blame for the action, it's the citizens. An educated populace would recognize the speech immediately and quickly turn cheers to jeers.

What this means is that Buhari as a person doesn't have words of his own and must rely daily
on prearranged notes to read to the public.

It shows that all the bogus
campaign promises were merely printed out in
notes for him to go and read without him
understanding what it was all about. That's why
he's denying dem now. Even d change he promised
has been pushed back to Nigerians.

Buhari is now denying his own comment and intends to punish somebody else for the speech he made with his own mouth. That means he neither prepared nor went through the speed an initio.
