IVORY2009:Are you the man even n understood what he was reading? Do you know how many rehearsals he must had done before the final hour? Honestly, the man needs pity. That is why I am blaming those who this age of knowledge and intellect, decided to foist a man who has challenges with simple articulations to run the affairs of millions of intellectuals. Who knows our foreign manipulators prefer dumb leaders to lead African nations, so they can continue to exploit us. We earned Nigerians about Buhari but they saw in him a messiah with no equal. I have told them, Buhari is my candidate come 2019. He must finish the ruin he started. |

IVORY2009:Please, think for once. Shehu Garba and Adeniyi are journalists who should have read wide to know if the speech was plagiarized. The question is, how did the writer(s) of the President's speech get their speech to PMB without his media team (Shehu and Adeniyi) going through it? |

[s] OrlandoOwoh:[/s] I'm sorry to say bro, ur defense does not seems to make sense to me, Shehu and Adeniyi hv professional journalists indeed |
| Re: Plagiarism: Buhari Is Not To Blame! by Nobody: 8:18am On Sep 17, 2016 |
OrlandoOwoh:Hahahahahaha. You are making this discussion verThe writer,y interesting. However, you need to do a lot of work. Bros, who wins the speech? The writer, Shehu, Adeniyi or Buhari? Your argument sounds like you are defending a little kid with poo on his dress. The mother or the maid should have checked the cloth very well. Also, please get it into your head that Buhari first.must out his thoughts down. before a speech writer gets to work. Then after that, the President must proof read the document before delivering it. Any thing short of that is gross incompetence. This is a tip of the iceberg on how Nigeria is moving at the moment. |

Then blame me you dullard of durra kindom. Always looking for the one who will take your gross mistakes since your assumption in office, a real man take responsibility of his action not to talk of a sitting president sir, you either get it right or get out for posterity will surely judge you? |

IVORY2009:You're confused. When a speech is written for PMB to deliver during the joint sitting of the NASS to present the budget, won't it behove Ben Nwabueze, his Special Adviser on Budget and Planning, to go through it? |

OrlandoOwoh:Are u for real? Is the president supposed to be leading by proxy? He ought to have good working knowledge of a little bit of everything and be easily adaptable to any new knowledge. The idea of having aides is not to sit and be spoon fed everything then still find a way to take credit for the good spins while absolving himself of blames when it goes bad. That is what it takes to be a good lead! You put ur team together because u are sure they are d best and u can work together so u share in accolades as well as blame. Please stop this foolishness of always absolving the president of blame. He employed those ppl and they are under his watch! That is how they carried budget to NASS only for him to be ambushed with d acrimonious contents yet zombies like u found reason to say he's not supposed to know what's in d budget cos it's too voluminous yet his signature is appended to it! |

MrPresident1:Normal Yoruba lies. Awolowo's treachery left Zik with no choice but to align with the North in 1959. Awolowo also would accept to become Gowon and North's puppet in 1967 and ganged up with the North to commit near extinction of the Igbo race. I bet that's part of your opposition politics, huh! In 1979 election Zik was the Igbo candidate and not Ekwueme. The North had used and dumped Awolowo by 1979, they were not going to let him become the president of the one Nigeria he sacrificed millions of Igbo kids to sustain, so Awo shamelessly chose an Igbo VP, hoping to curry the favour those he nearly sent into extinction, but the North were one step ahead of Awo, as they too chose an Igbo VP in Ekwueme, the Igbo votes were shared too thin between Zik, Ekwueme and Awo Vice, allowing Shagari to win. Deal with it, your Northern masters outwitted your self acclaimed sage in 1979. It's not the Igbo fault that Awo was rejected by Nigerians for the umpteenth time. Abiola had a Northern vice in 1993 and was a darling of the North. As usual they used and dumped him and your Yoruba leaders collected money and sold him out when push came to shove. Don't blame Ndiigbo for your misadventures. Yorubas have been in the habit of aligning with the North. Who was Obasanjo Vice all those 8 years of his rule? Who were those who disgraced Ekwueme to pave way for OBJ during that 1999 PDP primaries on the guise that Ekwueme was a Biafran? Was it not the North? Just park one side with your history revisionism. This Igbo is not the Igbo of 1960's that understood not the importance of debunking your lies, but instead allowed Awolowo and Akintola to run wild with their Igbophobic speeches and articles without appropriately putting them to sword with proper rebuttals. Your lies in this 21st century will be properly checkmated and eviscerated with proper rebuttals. |

Nigerians could be funny, yeah it is wrong to copy other peoples work without referencing them. Most of us who are crucifying the president may not have come across that speech before now unless one is a verse reader and current. In this case, you dont expect an old Man to know. The responsibility lies on the young people who are his media team to advise him based on the ethics of the profession.Generally in Nigeria, i have seen alot of scholars even Professors, student copy peoples entire work word for word (projects) without referencing. So lets not crucify somebody now.Not everybody was born a natural speech writer . |
