Although Winnie Mandela’s birthday is on September 26, her birthday dinner was held almost two weeks earlier of the date.

The South African icon had her celebration at the swanky Mount Nelson hotel in Cape Town and, even though she’s always beaten the odds, the world was surprised by one thing.. mam Winnie’s ability to overthrow even the effects of aging.

In several photos emerging from the party, Winnie looked at least 20 years younger than her age.

Mandela loved this woman till he died! His personality and what he preached made him divorce her not hatred, Winnie got her hands messed up due to frustrating circumstances! Madiba could have forgiven her but his opponents would have made a mockery of the man Nelson and what he stood for.

For the sake of the people he went to prison for he had to let go of this woman.
