Very Silly. The oil output increases since last 3 weeks according to Kachikwu, so why hasn't recession being abated? Oil price has increased, output increase, total revenue from other sources has increase, and yet this govt keeps sinking Nigeria in Dept and Recession.
Are u kidding me or u are genuinely ignorant. ?

Countries that produce * 5 of the oil are struggling with their economy.

Buhari received within a year:
– $2.7billion collected by Inland Revenue in his first 8 months.
– $2.1billion world bank loan.
– $850million Grants from UK, USA and Europe.
– Excluding crude oil sales, Joint Venture profits, Royalties, Income from Customs, NIMMSA, NPA, NACHO ……
– 3trilion on STA

More than a year has passed:
1] Not a kilometer of road constructed,
2] Not a watt of Electricity generated,
3] Not a Ward added to any Hospital in Nigeria.
4] Not a job space created, except the CBN job he shared with his cronies.
5] Not a grain of corn or tomato seed was provided to farmers. [Fertilizer subsidy taken away and handed back to ex-military men] 6] 41 foreign companies mostly in service industry have left Nigeria
7] 4.3 Million jobs lost in 10months – National Bureau of Statistics.
8] Food scarcity last experienced in Nigeria between 1983 to 1985 returned back.
9] War on Corruption turned into war against his perceived enemies. Convictions by EFCC were cases meticulously started by previous govt(s). Buhari wins cases only on the pages of Newspapers.
10] Nigeria dropped from No.1 Investment destination in Africa to No.27 before South Sudan.
11] African Biggest economy shrink from a GDP of about 7% to -0.36%, the fastest decline in the world since record began.
12] No.3 fastest growing economy in the world to No.83 in 365days.

1,752,536bpd multiplied by 30 days equals 52,576,080 dollars per day

52,576,080 Dollars multiplied by N300 equals N15,772,824,000, REVENUE PER DAY FROM SALES OF CRUDE OIL ALONE.

In 30 days, N15,772,824,000 multiplied by 30days equals N473,184,720,000

Using conservative dollar exchange rate estimates, Nigeria earns N473 billion per month from the sale of only crudeoil, cocoa is not there, no solid minerals, no TSA, no taxes, no NLNG, no diaspora remittances, yet we are in recession.

This is just laughable cheesy

The fact that some people still reason with this government is just laughable.

End time government.

It costs $28 to get each barrel out. Then there is the issue of the oil companies taking their cut and then salaries etc. Did you put that into your considerations? I gues not

it seems information are not rightly shared in this administration.
Re: Despite Militancy, Oil Output Has Increased To 1.7BPD: Kachikwu by Nobody: 9:58am On Sep 21, 2016
This government is so f*cking clueless
Just yesterday they said we should blame militant for recession, https://www.nairaland.com/3359229/blame-niger-delta-militants-recession

Now they are saying Despite Militancy, Oil Output Has Increased, which means militants had nothing to do with recession.

So what is the cause of the recession undecided

Maybe tomorrow one of them will come out and claim "I was misquoted"
That should solve everything

I will do some research on this to find out if these $30/barrel are final accruals or still subject to deductions.

Just so we are completely clear on this

Lol.

If u fail analysis or statistics class, u will still blame Buhari.

Several countries like Brazil, Russia and Iran produce more than twice of our output daily consistently since January and guess wat ?

They are still in recession. In fact this year, Iran officially declared that the recession is the worst in their history

Nice attempt but u should be brighter than this considering the fact that you call Buhari a dullard at every opportunity.

That 1.7BPD for 3 weeks can not take us out of recession.

Venezuela produces 2.4BPD and their recession no get Boss.
