Hello guys,
After completing my registration, I proceeded to get d print out bt my uploaded passport did not appear on it....and I read from d screen that my data has been saved on their database and my registration has also been completed.....I've tried changing the picture several times....bt It hasn't jst come up still...always giving me reply dat it has been successfully uploaded even after switching to different browsers. The same thing goes with my o' level and signature uploaded.........
Should I leave it or is dere anything else I can do please?

Are you sure the documents you uploaded did not exceed the given size?

infact, i have reduced the size to about 4.30kb and the format is in .jpg

I will advice u to check if the name on ur ATM card is correctly written, I once had such issues, I only have two name on my card and I entered d 2 name it keep on telling me Payment error, it was wen I entered my full name it comes successful. try d full name. re ooo

NB: UI has all states of the federation as its catchment areas. So, there will not be preference based on states.

as I'm not sure UI will be adopting same due to the admission quota james stated [45%merit, 30%catchment, 10% elds].

That quota distribution predates the present administration, so it is not new. Moreover, many schools that have catchment areas have been using it.

From what I could gather, the following Universities have all the states of the Federation as their catchment areas:

University of Ibadan,
University of Abuja,
University of Port-Harcourt,
University of Agriculture Abeokuta,
University of Agriculture Makurdi,
Michael Okpara University of Agriculture Umudike,
Federal University of Petroleum Resources Effurun.

jpg was stated clearly at the place of upload. (jpg format and not more than 50kb)

I uploaded jpg for my cousin and the pix was displayed. I am just amazed that my niece's wasn't displaying.

Did you scan it or you snapped it with a phone?

I now tried to use the 'forgot password option' to start the whole process all over again.

After inputting the secret answer, it showed SUCCESSFUL.

I then tried to log-in with the default password which is the SURNAME, but it kept showing 'INCORRECT LOGIN CREDENTIALS'.

I used the old password, its still showing 'INCORRECT LOGIN CREDENTIALS'.

I'm at a loss at what to do now

For those of u who are worried bcuz ur o'level result is not showing in the frame.... When I uploaded mine abt a week ago, it didn't show in the frame but it showed result uploaded.... I decided to access the website today cuz I wanted to get a coloured print out of my registration slip(the former was black and white) and to my surprise, the o'level result was showing in that picture frame.... If u also experienced such, u can go and check whether urs is also showing now

do ui send notifications of admission via email? Cos the email i used for registering has been suspended and i cant retrieve it back. Can i go back to my bio data and input a new email or should i forget about it?

Yea. not even up to 20kb....in Jpg format... And also o'level was also converted to abt 29kb...jpg format too.

i'm nt too sure about it,it will just be safer to still use the former one to avoid having issues
