Sorry for the late response. I suggest you wait till you card arrives and get it activated first.
Then you need to earn upto $200 and above from a Payoneer partner before your account can be eligible to send out money, until then you can only receive.

What sort of address did you use? I used my office address and I received it way before the expected delivery date.

Home addresses in Nigeria are typically more difficult to deliver to when letters are sent by regular post and unless the address is known one, it will typically be sent to your nearest post office and you may need to make inquiries there.
