Sourcegig is a freelance marketplace and is looking to add motivated and ambitious Field Marketing Associate to its team. This position is great for anyone looking to work remotely while helping to build and expand Sourcegig. The critical responsibility of the Field Marketing Associate is to drive and innovate offline marketing programs for Sourcegig and ultimately making our platform the go-to-freelance marketplace for businesses and individuals in Nigeria and across Africa. The ideal candidate has an educational background or experience in B2B offline marketing, strong written and verbal communications skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Researching and developing successful marketing plans based on direct sales.

- Able to liaise and negotiate with small to large businesses.

- Communicate with local businesses and help promote our platform.

- Solicit for new projects for Sourcegig and help expand user-base.

- Work closely with sales teams.

- Be an advocate for Sourcegig.

- Performs and assists in other duties as needed and directed.


Job Requirements/attributes:

- At least a 2 year degree or equivalent of 2 years work experience in marketing and sales.

- 1+ years working in marketing and marketing communications.

- 1+ years business2business experience where developing user base is key to business.

- A professional candidate, self-starter with a track record of hard work, self-motivation, productivity and efficiency and ability to build, maintain, and manage positive and productive relationships across all boards.

- A sense of accountability and ownership.

- Must have reliable Internet access.

- Be available to work 4 days a week.

- Must be able to pass employment verification check.

Salary and Benefits:

- Job pays ₦40,000 naira per month.
