Does Buhari and his baboons at EFCC know that their acts is pushing people not to invest in the industries that could employ people any longer ? Much of funds are now being invested in Ghana and other West African countries. You do not carry out these vengeful vendetta during recession and depression. This is the moment you need spenders and investors most, but he is causing people to become afraid ? How many millions of Nigerians does he think make money legitimately in a country that offers no loan to millions of small business owners ?

Is it not time for Buhari to stop and think and beg all friends and enemies to help him manage the economy he has destroyed. I had expected by now he would be begging employers to not lay off staff and even if you are investigating a company, simply let business continue, you can take over and change management but stop sending breadwinners to the streets and making them hopeless dear daft President of mine.

The consequences of looting are numerous on you and I. Yes, hotels and plazas built by looters may seem as source of employment for you but you will not have good roads, power, water supply, hospitals and all basic amenities that everyone (including you) should enjoy. All the basic amenities will be lacking.

Why? Because the money meant to provide basic amenities for you and I have been diverted into private pockets to build hotels and plazas etc.

This not the way america became America, britain became Great Britain and china became China.

The recession you see today is as a result of years of unchecked looting of our resources.

Imagine what will happen to a rich man who is being persistently robbed by thieves.

You are wrong bro, don't say what you don't know.

The penalty for looting in China is death.

World economy does not thrive on corruption. World economy thrive on businesses set up by innovative and hardworking people. World economy is driven by the likes of bill gate, mark zuckerberg, dangote etc. Will you call them politicians/looters

That's why you will hardly find politicians being among the richest people in the world. They usually don't have good business skills. That's why they usually use their loots to buy/build hotels, buildings, plaza etc.

Do not be deceived that these are good businesses, because they don't stand the test of time.

The consequences of looting are numerous on you and I. Yes hotels and plazas built by looters may seem as source of employment for you but you will not have good roads, power, water supply, hospitals and all basic amenities that everyone (including you) should enjoy. Very funny. A newborn baby would have been swayed by your argument. There are way things are and there are way things seem. The world economy strives on corruption. Don't be deceived by the western media. Who introduced plea bargain that we just adopted here in Nigeria? Who legalized lobbying? What is happening in Syria? What happened in Iraqi? Whats happening in Afghanistan? What happened in Nicaragua? What happened in Venezuela? What happened in Philippines?

America for instance, since the Second World, have invaded more than 50 countries both directly or indirectly just to protect the interest of their corporations. Either by removing a democratically elected government and installing a dictator or vice versa. Same can be said of UK, Japan etc.

Clearly, according to your standards they are absolutely not corruption related. Please!

I can see u boldly talk of america invading other nations. Why do you think they can do that if not because they have built a formidable society and not strong individuals. They build america first before building individuals, and that makes them strong. It is not corruption that makes them strong.

Look at China too, China realized corruption builds strong individuals but not strong state. So they made it difficult for anyone to steal their money. Today, they rank as the second most powerful nation in the world.

China's case is enough example for you if you want to learn.

This is the height of hubris... @built a formidable society. A society where cops kill it citizens like dogs. There is a form of corruption practiced in America. It's all about big businesses. That is why top executives will spend so much lobbying Congress and when their companies fails, they get bail out from tax payers money and the top executives get plea bargain for reduced sentence.

This is just insulting. Big businesses that American government have invaded mostly Latin American nations to protect their interest are growing because of their innovative. Laughable.

And your darling China last year reduced the number of cases eligible for death penalty to 46. Removing counterfeiting and financial fraud from the list. They also increased the amount eligible for death penalty from 100k yuan to 3million yuan. This is the most interesting part. In order to keep pace with economic development, they have increased minimum level of corruption charges from 5000 yuan to 30,000 yuan.

Now, tell me that the current world economy doesn't strive on corruption.

Not forgetting the fact that President Xi Jinping's brother in-laws and many of his party members were all implicated in the Panama saga and till date none has been prosecuted.

Like I said... There are way things are and there are way things seem. If you choose to believe the propaganda from western nations painting a corruption free society you're free. I rest my case.

I never disputed the fact that it builds strong few individuals. What you don't understand is that the new world order can only strive via corruption. The current world system really need Third World countries to have strong leaders like Fidel Castro, Gaddafi, Hugo Chavez etc. These leaders are the only type of leaders that will secure the right of the poor masses.

Efcc over the years have proven to be more corrupt that the politician themselves. It's only a daydreamer that will believe that any funds realised from their bogus investigation will go into public infrastructure.

So they should leave those businesses running while they can work towards taking over the ownership through the court. Simple!

You said there are processes to some stuff. And you may be right that he doesn't know them. But because they are processes, does that make them perfect? Or are we to just follow blindly just cos they are processes made by gods and cast in iron?

anarchy is here already... I read through some of ur comments... And i must say, U ave something insyd ur cranium (no disrespect)... Also in relating this to what AMCON did to some companies in debt... was that AMCON took over management.. Meaning every income/revenue made was going straight to AMCONS pocket... Nobody was put out of their job and things wer as rosy as they could be... EFCC could still do that here and nobody would cry foul... Ppl wouldnt be scared of losing their jobs n what ave u... (my thoughts sha)... But we'll never know their reason for shutting d building down.... Kudos sir

But you hail stealing/looting.

Either way, I know its either you are being paid to do this or you are just juvenile in your thinking.

Anyway, let me assure you majority of Nigerians are getting wiser, and the hatred for looters is increasing, because its consequences are evident on all of us.

You made mention of the Gaddafis and Co. Do you not see any difference in their country when they were in power vs when they were usurped? I'm not in support of their excesses in any way neither am I in support of absolute power and dictatorship.

Now I understand where you're coming from. We certainly have different ideas on what development should be.

Cuba despite being a poor country has more to offer it's citizens than your so called developed economy. Free healthcare is enshrined in the constitution as a fundamental human right and every Cuban must have free annual medical checkup. How many people can afford it in your so called developed economies.

Cuban doctors go to people's home to take blood samples and treat patients. Cuba has more doctors in relation to their population, 8 doctors to 1000 people while your developed economy like UK and US can only booast of 2.7, 2.5 respectively to 1000 people. Infant mortality rate is far lower than your so called developed economies. While life expectancy is very similar. Even the WHO director general, Margaret Chan, have called on the developed economies to adopt the Cuban health care system.

Cuba literacy level is 99.7%. How many developed economies have achieved that?

Libya under Gaddafi was better than your so called developed economy in every aspect so I don't need to go into specifics.

At this point it becomes pertinent to ask, is development made for man or man made for development. Erecting skyscrapers every where when majority of the populace can't afford basic health care and education is nothing but a disservice to the human race.

The unborn generations doesn't need your idea of a developed economy. It's absolutely meaningless to place the cart before the horse. Let's make sure we achieve basic necessities before we jump.

Fidel Castro and Gaddafi were Heroes.
