BSc Acc is good cos that was what I studied before leaving Nigeria. Well as regards coming here or Visa I don't know what to say . You might wanna talk to your uncle and see how he can help.

See how comfortable you are talking about fraud and illegality. Like you have no shame whatsoever .

You both must read back here and the USA visa site!

You can not work legally with a visitors visa.
Working on a student visa is severely limited and will not be highly paid.

I assume you and your husband are not US citizens and had the kids there. If that is the case the only way you can relocate to the US through the kids is when they file for you at age18.

Other options may be via employment H1 visa or transferring to US office of current employer via L1 visa.

An employer cannot sponsor you when you are in the U.S on a visiting visa. After all, it is called "tourist visa" for a reason. What you are trying to do to will get you in trouble with the law. People that have work visas had their employers file for them while they were still in their home country. You cannot change your status from tourist visa to work permit while in the United States. The only thing you can do is work off the books but if you get caught, you get deported. Life as an illegal immigrant is tough so keep that in mind if you are looking to overstay your tourist/visiting visa.

I want to believe that you are matured and intelligent enough to disregard such advice. Buying a car means nothing, is not a sign of success or richness, Bytheway how much is a car and what sort of car?

You are going to USA with visiting visa whatever you do apart from visiting is a crime and a life of slavery.

This is the most reasonable comment I have read so far. It's always greener on the other side until you get there that reality will set in.

That's the easiest way to come to America.
There are no immigration at the Mexican border.
People from Guatemala, El Salvador, Mexico,Ecuador and other South Americans do come to the USA through the deserts, It is easier to cross over to the USA from Mexico than crossing from Nigeria to Ghana

Good morning ppl. if i travel to usa on a visiting visa, will i be given work permit if i get married to an american citizen which will change my visa type into a spouse visa?

If you're truly in love with an American citizen, then your best bet is to let her come to Nigeria and get married here. And thereafter apply for a spouse visa, but make sure it's not a sham marriage because it would be detected.

https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/immigrate/family/fiance.html

The American citizen can also apply for a fiancé(e) visa for you, which would allow you to travel to the US for your marriage.

Bros all these things look very easy on paper but in reality it will drain you mentally and psychologically. You don't just marry and you get green card automatically. I have three friends who are hooked right now just because of this reason. Immigration will stalk your life...Facebook, instagram and twitter....something will give you up and they will know the marriage is not legit.

If it's not a sham marriage, there is nothing to worry about.
