Okay you can get:
1. Urgent Drivers Licence. OR
2. Urgent Intl Pasport. OR
3. Ask Graphic Artist to Design Voter card 4U.(Afterall the commander of Herdsmen used forged nepa certificate to join Federal Job and went ahead2 win Selection with it) cheesy

enroll for the national i.d, the identification slip is accepted. I used it to apply for an fg employment, That was what i use for my screenings too

yes,it is. But only God knows when the cards will be ready. The slip your given is your identity pending the production of the cards.

Bro,pls I also have same issue with the OP;I do not have any of the means of identification.I have been given the identification slip (the one that carries my NIN) but it's missing.Can I use the first slip that was given which doesn't carry the NIN for the FCSC recrruitment?Thanks in advance.

Without any ID, how do you prove your citizenship? Go apply for the International passport.

go to where you got the slip and beg them to reprint the one with NIN for you, it will be easier if you can remember the date you got the slip at firt.

National ID card is the fastest and cheapest to process of the three.... so start processing

quickly apply for a international passports......dats d best u can do. it could be fast & easy if u have d cash. driver's licence may take u time because of d new policy.

Even if u end up doing every tin, u can't still succecssfully submit ur application on d FCSC portal... I ve bin on it 4 weeks now. To submit names issue. God dey sha.

I get int'l passport,i get voters card,, registered for national id for the past 2yrs and still counting and nvr ready,,but I no get NYSC certificate,because I have been waiting for NYSC since last year,,,what should I do @OP

To lack the above basic documents means you are not a good citizen of Nigeria. No matter what is going on around,somebody must ensure that he is always on the right side of the law. No voters card yet you are an adult in the country..those who refuse to vote has no moral right to complaints

Take the transaction slip to the nearest NIMC office in your location, explain yourself to the officers there. They will REPRINT the NIN slip for you. Am very sure of that.

Also note that the NIN is your identity and can be used for any LEGAL TRANSACTION.
