So "For God so loved the world that he gave Himself, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life". So God died. He died for your sins. If Jesus is God, then who was praying to who on the cross? Coz I'm not getting it o.

We pray to Jesus because he's the mediator between God and Men and he's a high priest. If you understand the Old Testament the high priests is a mediator between God & Men

1 Timothy 2:5 (KJV) For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

But unlike the priesthood of the old Testament his priesthood has no end Hebrews 7:25 (KJV) Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them..


Now concerning that Jesus and God are different people is wrong because Jesus is the full expression of the Godhead and they agree as 1
1 John 5:7 (KJV) For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

We pray to Jesus because he lives to make intercession for us men as a high priest of an endless life

If Jesus is the Father and son. Was he praying to himself on the cross? And does that mean He so loved the world that he gave Himself? How can you give yourself to die? So literally God died. If Jesus is God, who was Jesus' handler while he was on earth? Can we say Jesus used to pray to Himself? Can we say Jesus used to preach about himself and not God? Coz this is just contradictory.

It means that we can't see the Father. We can only see the Son who perfectly explains who the Father is, through his words and actions. Luke 1:31,32 clearly tells us Jesus is the Son of the Most High God.
Are you saying Mary was pregnant with God? That would be blasphemy. Where was God when Mary was pregnant with Jesus? In heaven of course! Never will The most high God become a human. Pls don't even think he would. Can you now see why it's good to open one's mind to knowledge rather than stick to tradition?
