The reason they beat others wearing Carno is to avoid unscrupulous elements from using their uniform to commit atrocities. As long as you're a recognized persona rocking their uniform you're most likely good to go and they'll even prolly be happy seeing you in their uniform. In the U.S every tom,d!ck & harry rocks army uniform as a sign of pride for their soldiers...They rarely use army uniforms to commit atrocities there....you won't see anyone rocking police uniforms over there as it is here.
