The man was indicted almost 2 decades ago and never brought to justice under 2 PDP administrations and they did nothing, no arrest, no trial and no jail. and it's this new administration that's keeping mum?

16 years of PDP did not have access to the so called white paper?

The looted funds belongs to the people of cross river state so why didn't they pursue the matter with arrest, trial and jail or even petition for action.

If there is such indictment and white paper, then this administration should move fast and act.

Apart from him being tried, is there any moral grounds appointing him as a minister huh

I agree with you but if Buhari could prosecute Saraki for offence commited more than a decade ago then there is no excuse for this.

I have no reservations about PMB prosecuting anybody and in fact, he should prosecute even his own father and any Nigeria friend or foe found wanting regardless when and how the crime was committed..

I've already stated that PMB should take quick action..

He shouldn't have been appointed as even a school teacher so PMB goofed or maybe he did not get proper security clearance detail on him before appointing him..

Right now with this news, he should be sacked and prosecuted..
