I think we need to love people for who they are without religious sentiments.
first you need to ask, what is the meaning of Farida?
is it an evil name or good name?
is the wifey okay with the name?

Did her parents name her Farida? When he went to marry her was her name Farida? Wat did he call her before they got married?
How will he feel if somebody marry his daughter and change her name to Chinese name?
