Pls give someone you know very well to stand as a guarantor for u.. If u have an aunt, uncle, someone in ur area, church/mosque or preferably a secondary school principal or HOD in higher institution.etc

I did medicals on 9th sept

Try and attend the test.. You can come with all those. FSLC isnt needed.
Go with NECO result, voters card, statement of result or degree certificate, calculator and other requirements needed.
