Third party na long thing. My school,fanshawe college, refused to refund the school fees into my domiciliary account. They would return the money to Access bank and access bank would return the exact amount I paid in naira fee months ago.

Because that's the area i have to work on. And yes I've tackled the fund aspect of my app which I believe will be approved this time by the grace of God. But MichV, remember I suggested you look for a third party when u wanted to ask for refund. I think you misunderstood me then.

i no need am.I don tire for canada sluggish whala in doing virtually everything. Meanwhile i don't have a 3rd party i can entrust such millions in this recession period .moreso i have done the refund process instantly before your advise came in on a long wrong time.Take note!
My tuition payment got to canada under 6days i applied for formA and got processed,now to refund money will take 2months
GCMS note 1month or more to get masters admission 4-5months or more TRV 3-5 months or more if you aint fortunate..invariably 1 year gone in the whole process

My case goes thus;

My dad is the sponsor, and he is sponsoring 6 of us out of which 3 of my brothers were dropped because of their age(they have passed the age of dependent child) remaining 3 of us. Out of the 3 of us that's remaining, I am the eldest, but about 3 months ago, i got a mail from accra requesting the Passports n photos of two of us (myself and my younger brother) but I didnt get passport request for my youngest bro (age 17yrs), but when I sent the passports and photos, I sent for the 3 of us(including my youngest bro' s passport dt i didnt get his own passport request). Now just about 2 weeks ago I got a mail stating d readiness of our document and dt i should make arrangement for pick up which i authorized dhl to do so on our behalf. But when i wrote the authorization letter(authorization letter is the letter that dhl will show them at accra embassy dt I indeed sent them to pick up my trvs), I included the names of 3 of us, uci n application numbers in the letter. But just 2days ago when DHL came back to deliver our parcel, they brought just only one trv docs, which is my own, I didn't get the passports and documents for my younger and youngest bros

Now my questions:

-What can I do to get the remaining 2 passports n documents

-must the authority letter be signed by each of us and sent separately(i sent only one which i included all our names uci n app no.)

- should I mail the emmbassy at accra and wait for their reply or i should just send DHL again this time with separate authority letters signed by the 2 of them?

N.B: I AM THE ONLY ONE ACCRA EMBASSY COMMUNICATE WITH AMONG US.

I notified CIC of this development via mycic account and also sent a mail to them which they confirmed that my record has been updated but my application was refused. Below reasons were checked.

the thing is: ur documents were almost perfect,but the VO was able to detect some flaws in ur documentatons.

There is a major clampdown on PG applicants as VO sees dat PG is the easiest and cheapest way nigerians can absond.is ur current job related to d post graduate program u are applying for? Is d program also related to ur undergraduate course of study?

Secondly,how was ur account status when u applied for visa?i mean:did a huge amount of money jump in suddenly and u still claim u are self-sponsoring urself?.if yes,they must have realised dat u are trying to abscond and u were trying to convince them that ur account balance is as a result of ur employment.with the sudden huge rise in ur account balance,they were convinved that ur current cant fund ur academics

Same day. at most, a day.The cost ought 2b free bt trust Naija, u get nothing free. the cost varries depending on ur bargaining strength. itz btw 1k _8k. However, relatively cheaper in Lagos than other places.
