Blessedmum:Are you using any drugs to manage yours? postnatal recovery isn't easy shaa.. didn't prepare my mind for that.. From Episiotomy pains to abdominal pains, swollen feet, general weakness ettcc.. Congratulations to feddy27 and sugarcanebaby. Your babies will continually bring joy to your households. Baby Fedora is so cute. Cappo sixx, it's truly raining boys for team January. I am in my 26th week and at my last scan , sex wasn't detected. Just few weeks ago we started , now we are approaching the last lap. May God keep us and our los and deliver safe and healthy babies. PresVA:Am not using any drug, am still on my postnatal drugs. Postnatal depression almost get to me but I got rid of it, I never had swollen feet during pregnancy bt was surprised to see that after giving birth. In all I am grateful to God for giving me the opportunity to experience motherhood. 3 Likes |

Presva and blessedmum! Easy does it for postnatal recovery ok! *take warm hugs both of you* for the swollen feet, u still have retained fluids. Drink a lot of water and pass urine frequently, it will go down. If you have episiotomy pains, hot or cold remedy does it for me. Either I use ice to numb the area or I fill my bath tub with hot water and add salt, then soak inside like a bubble bath. These methods gives me absolute comfort. Also, anytime u want to pee, pour water as the pee is coming out so dat u won't av a burning sensation. Also try and reduce stress. If u re stressed, you won't lactate well and postnatal depression will set in. You are doin great mamas ok! 5 Likes 4 Shares |
