How come DSS have never provided as proofs neither to Nigerians nor to the court of the millions of dollars they claimed they have seized from several individuals ? I remember SSS giving press conference on the millions of dollars discovered in Akwa-ibom government's house, the issue has never been revisited since that day. |
You people in the South are fo.ols, so no nothern judge is also corrupt abi? They will use propaganda with your support to remove all these judges and install their people who wld dance to their tune always. Even if they are corrupt, there are laid down rules to follow. South, where is thy sense? E.diot shut.up. How dare u call the people from South fools? This is the problem with most youths, when th elites are stealing they do that for themselves and not the region. But u want to unearth ethnic sentiments as usual. Did they steal for the region? I am not a fan of Buhari, but this country sure needs cleansing. Since the youths have allowed sentiments to becloud their judgements. What we should be concerned with is the judicious utilization of the recovered funds for the betterment of the country. Not this idiotic way of littering words unbehalf of people that have stolen from the country and impoverished the masses. |

Justice Okon Abang is out there, walking freely and you are arresting all the judges that ruled in favour of pdp, what a nonsense. Where is the REC that was paid 15 in Yobe state? pity you guys |

dimieprincess: It depends from the point of view. As long as it was not just an arrest but a surveillance with multiple evidences, there is a big chance these crooks are done for. Hence the SSS submitted evidences of corruption to the NJC some months ago and they turned deaf to them, then I do not see this as not following due process. From the look of things, one of the judges under Surveillance travelled to Qatar and came in with cash. The raid was an operation to catch them in the act. I think this was a well planned operation and the DSS will expose the corruption. The NJC failed the legal arm of the government and I do not think our respected lawyers should show any support for these corrupt men. This shows that some of the Corrupt ones walking free might still face charges later because they may be under surveillance. |

The SSS initially submitted parts of its findings to the regulatory body, the National Judicial Council. Officials said the SSS moved in after the council merely recommended two of the judges for retirement, and not prosecution. The council also refused to cooperate with the SSS as the agency launched wider investigations into the cases for more evidence. The source explained that judges whose homes were raided include Adeniyi Ademola, and Nnamdi Dimgba of the Federal High Court in Abuja as well as Sylvester Ngwuta and John Okoro of the Supreme Court. www.premiumtimesng.com/news/headlines/212351-exclusive-untold-story-sss-raids-judges-homes-abuja-six-states.html |

dimieprincess: DSS team reportedly arrived Justice Adeniyi Ademola's house in Abuja asked him to come out, but he claimed he wasn't home, however, his cellphone signal gave him away. He was subsequently arrested with at least N300million found in different local and foreign currencies in his bedroom. From this report, you can see the Judge's phone was under surveillance. As they talked to the judge on phone, they monitored his signal. In such situation, the arrest was to catch him with the money. |

Jibril659:I should get sense..na wao. Anyway is not about the funds kept or corruption toga. Is about the process in a democratic setting.. I understand your ignorance as to why Nba and legal bodies are agitated by the move.. There re legal process to discipline an erring judge..you don't muscle jugdes..they represent the law..and by extension the third arm of government.judiciary. So your buhari is trying to muscle the judiciary into submission. And is not obtainable in democracy.. The rule of law must always prevail.. Hope you get that.. Next time learn to properly address people. |

It bugs my mind why some people jettison the use of their brains just to make cheap political points. Does it take a genius to know that a packet of $100 bills is $10,000? Must you count 10 packets of $100 bills note by note before you know the amount is $100,000? You need to kneel down and beg God for forgiveness for this senseless post of yours. bennyann: |

DSS can plant this money in the house of this judge! Anyway I don't pity him He had the opportunity to rule on Buhari certificate forgery case before the election but instead was too willing to kick the can down the road Now tyrant Buhari is in power and undermining the very freedom, separation of power, independence of judiciary and INEC that brought Buhari to power! |

krendo:Answer the following questions; - do you agree that corruption has denied Nigeria and Nigerians their rightful place in Africa and the world? - do you agree that millions of Nigerians have died (directly and indirectly) as a result of corruption on the part of our leaders? - do you agree that millions of Nigerians are suffering today as a result of corruption on the part of our leaders? Tell me what right the government takes away that could be more than corrupt politicians and judges doing the above to us For me, those guys (judges) and any corrupt politicians indicted should be shot. |

Oga why you dey vex now? Sorry oooo. I never knew you were part of the DSS team and you saw the amount of dollar bills and how they were packed in his bedroom. He was subsequently arrested with at least N300million found in different local and foreign currencies in his bedroom I also want to thank you for insulting me and also thank you for your explanations because I never told you I was making a valid statement, I only said I was wondering. AND Atunga, please don't ever quote a senseless comment from a no brain moniker with your useful post again. . Besides, God has forgiven me and use you to answer questions bothering my mind with your egoistic quote of yours as if you were present in the scene yourself. I'm sure you think you don't need forgiveness from God. Atunga: |
