DSS Should Have Written The Judges Thus:

Your lordships, we have received reports, most likely from frustrated politicians, that you have been receiving bribes from them. That you don't bank these monies for fear of raising eyebrows, but keep cash in your houses. The monies they allege are in different denominations, $, €, ¥, £, Yuan even Indian Rupees!
.
Could you, at your convenience, come to our office to clarify. If after waiting indefinitely without any response from you, we shall apply to your courts for a search warrant. Please do the needful to avoid embarrassment."

....This is what the DSS is to do as being propounded by some NIGERIANS...!!!!!

.....Look, my Nigerians: it's about time we asked the Police and military personnel to write to armed robbers and rapists; even the Boko sect guys, that they should report for arrest with their loot, rape victim and bombs respectively.....

By so doing, we would have complied with 'due process'.....

....Nonsense and ingredients....!!!!!" Hahahahaha

Miss, you forgot to add.

Dear judge, kindly preempt and frustrate any move we intend to make by quietly and swiftly procuring for yourself from one of your corruption riddled minded colleagues a lifetime injunction that will tie our hands behind our backs/ bar us from moving on you, like the one you sold to Peter Odili & James Ibori... grin

In an operation where you suspect that the suspects has some evidence in their possession, a surprise arrest is best. It makes no sense to invite and give room for the suspects to destroy the evidence.

If you are suspected of having bribe money in your possesion, your doors will be broken in when you least expect as long as the security agency has a warrant.

Imagine the NDLEA inviting drug barons to their office because they suspect that they are in possesion of ilkicit drugs and money from the proceeds of illicit drugs.

They should as well write Amaechi, Tinubu, Fashola, Buratai.
You don't hide behind fighting corruption to promote dictactorship and brazen disregard for rule of law....

One question for you Oga, what woud've been your reaction if the previous administration had done a siege on Buhari like he's doing now just based on suspicion ?

If the answer to these questions is yes,

If your answer to 3 is yes,

If your answer to question 3 is no,
What is the point of having 1 and 2?

cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy

This is epic.

Is it not absurd that it is the looters and wailers that are castigating DSS. Fayose that slapped a sitting judge in a court room is also talking.

If our Bureau D'Judges can descend so low to corrupt themselves, DSS should also descend to the lowest level of impunity to bring them to justice.

RUle of Law my foot. Was that considered when money or favours was exchanging hands.

Are Judges above the law?

DO they have immunity?

is there a stipulated time for arrest in the constitution?

Are all security agencies and even citizens not empowered constitutionally to arrest?

Does the constitutional role of DSS not include economic crimes that have affect internal security of Nigeria?

NJC is empowered to only dismiss and discipline. Is NJC empowered to arrest and prosecute? Give us examples of where NJC has arrested and prosecuted corrupt judges in this nation. Just 1.

Sentiments, emotions and hatred for PMB is simply the driving force of some people.

He's making good sense, if this crude approach is what you and ur cohorts are supporting, then I'm afraid Buhari is setting a dangerous precedent.

At least every politician and public office holder in Nigeria deserve a visit from the DSS.

that would be like informing someone before you rob that money, they would not have recovered all these monies if the judges knew the dss were onto them

So the so called money seen in judge house is now an evidence that the judges are corrupt

Why only judges that rule against buhari and DSS are ambushed

These guys will eventually be taken to the same court DSS was afraid to get a warrant from. I heard warrant was secured for 3 of the justice so what must have hindered that of the PH justice? And for those saying securing warrant could tip off the corrupt justices, why weren't the three arrested justices tipped off?
