This pitch is not as bad as we've been made to believe o
You can not say from afar. It is when players pass the ball, that you'd know.

Really cool to see Ndidi at rightbavk. Many expressed fears of a Musa Muhammad right back position.

It looks 'good' on the surface, but considering how the ball has been bouncing since they started, it's obviously shitty.

The future of Nigerian football on display... Ndidi has been slightly shaky at right back and simon moses has been wasteful but very impressed,

Hahahahahahahahaahahahahaahaha.......

This is why I term Nacho "The Alien Kid"

WHAT A MESMERISING GOAL!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAA... 4 goals and 2assists in 6 games for Nigeria. This kid is a monster!!! wink

Mikel is boss of that middle. Ndidi is putting in a good shift battling kalaba.

Iwobi is doing excellently well... Love his positioning for his first Super Eagles Goal.

Ikeme is making me forget day by day the legend of Enyeama.... grin

Onazi's touches and passes in midfield have been oftentimes "off color" but he's trying shaa..

Omeruo and Troost are doing really good...

Simon Moses is frustrating me with his final ball/touch.

Rohr understands this team... I am happy about that. Not eureka yet... I will be back...

Hahahahahahahahahaha... grin

To be fair, Gernot Rohr looks to be a good coach. His selections, the way he asks the team to play is so exciting.

I said this in January when there was a debate on Kelechi and Etebo

tbaba1234:
I rate iheanacho higher to be honest. That kid is a natural. Etebor is quite impressive with his power and pace but Iheanacho is the most natural finisher Nigeria has produced in a while. Potentially a superstar.

The way Iheanacho wrapped the Zambia goalkeeper reminds of the way Mama used to wrapped moimoin .

Great goal by Iheanacho but big credit to Mikel for the buildup & Ideye for the vision for Kelechi

Can't wait for Osimhen to replace Ideye in this team. It's gonna blow the world away.

I remember some Zambian guy saying kids can't qualify you to the world cup. I bet dude is somewhere shedding tears. That's what you get when you disrespect your opponents

And to think that under the right conditions we can actual blend Nwakali to play in Mikel's position in the future. Unreal potential!

I understand why Rohr used Ndidi instead of Musa. As an away match, he needed a defensive right back. Though he looks rusty in that position, it's been a good shift.

How did ideye lose control of that?
