Kenshinmunac it is not the latest. It has always been. The issue with our system is that we have to provide everything (from food, transportation et al) during the internship. Over there (I mean the oyibos), basic amenities are catered for until you are stable and start paying back to the system.

Is there any particular recruitment process that must be followed? The company can decide to carry out any recruitment anyhow they like. The most important thing is that the candidate is qualified for the job. This is not civil service.
