Corruption is the word the colonial master use to manipulate Nigeria. They created corruption and brought it to Africa, during the scramble of Africa.

Corruption is everywhere even amongst the superpowers - UK, US, Russia, China. The only difference (which is a key difference) is that they have developed SYSTEMS that serve as deterrent. Enough of blaming the white man for everything, jeez.
