This man has set a pace for the FG and other state governors, by this time, the 2017 budget, especially that of the FG, ought to have been almost near-ready but I trust our legislators who are ready to prey on it as soon as it is presented.

The question is "has he implemented any of the 2016 projects?"

Do you wait for a child to be born before you buy his/her kits and clothes? BTW, you can ask the residents of Kaduna or carry out a field trip to Kaduna. Budgeting is a long and conscientious process that cannot be completed in weeks.
